f: hey, i got an A for etiquette. told ya, i'd work hard for it. :)
e: good.
f: seelah, you told me its hard to get an A even most ppl could only get a B.
e: at least my words drove you to your goal right?
f: hmm.. yeah
e: how are you able to achieve your goal?
f: HARD WORK. cos i believe if we work hard, we can. we just need to show the lecturers that we've put in much efforts.
e: then why dont you do the same for our BD?

i can see that some of our bdmates are working hard. but i can only see they are working hard on their own. there's no team coordinating.
